Qatar Business Incubation Center (QBIC) is hosting a workshop at Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) and invites entrepreneurs to join!
Most business schools and textbooks continue to follow the traditional approach to startups that certainly lead to failure. Instead of documenting the future unknowns (writing a business plan) or executing a predefined plan, this interactive workshop will focus uncovering the unknowns by conducting customer validation and developing a minimum viable product, called LeanStartup methodology with the objective to create startups that are more likely to succeed. The target audience for this session is early stage entrepreneurs.
