Students should bring multiple copies of their report cards, transcripts, and TOEFL scores to enable representatives to determine admission and scholarship eligibility. The Scholarship Event includes representatives from 25 top Universities in the US such as, University of San Francisco (max scholarship $20,000), Drury University ($21,000), Concord University ($12,500), Oklahoma City University ($17,500), Bennington College-Full Tuition, College for Creative Studies ($15,000), Pennsylvania State University- Erie ($5,000), University of Bridgeport ($15,000), and many more.

The American Education Expo is supported by the US Department of Commerce at the US Embassy in Doha. Staff from the Embassy will also be present at the Expo to answer any questions the students and parents may have in regards to the student visa process and application.
