As summer approaches, many people will be leaving Qatar to spend their vacations abroad. To help equip travellers with the proper health knowledge, Weill Cornell Medical College in Qatar is organizing a Medicine and U public lecture.
The free lecture will focus on giving health tips for international travel. Dr. Ravinder Mamtani, professor of public health and associate dean for Global and Public Health at Weill Cornell in Qatar, will provide the latest information and facts in plain and simple language, and answer questions after the lecture. Simultaneous Arabic translation will be available.
The lecture is open to all members of the public. The event will take place in Lecture Hall 3 of Weill Cornell in Education City. Reception and registration starts at 6:15 pm.The lecture begins at 7 pm.
