Hello hello boyz and girlz, i've been getting a few pm's to organize an event and after much thought i think it sure is about time we had a good beach bbq before the hot summer sets in.

To make life easy for you and for me, I'm gonna arrange all the food and drinks for everyone (not FREE of course), all you have to do is show up with your pretty faces and carry whatever you need to carry for your personal selves like towels, change of clothes etc if you wanna go for a swim.

We'll be heading off to Dukhan beach, some of you might remember the place from our last trip. You do NOT need a 4x4 car to get to this beach. So without further ramblings let me get straight to the details:

Beach BBQ will take place on the 2nd of March, Friday. We'll meet up at Rayyan Family Food Center soon after Friday Prayers, if i'm not mistaken there's a mosque close by to FFC as well. From there we'll proceed to Dukkan which is about a 45mins-1hour drive. After reaching the beach we'll set up lunch/snacks, and everyone's free to mix and mingle or do as you guys please. Around 6.30pm we'll start the BBQ.

Trip will end around 9.30-10.00pm, everyone will help clean up the place and then we move out.

Now this gathering is open to all but especially aimed at all the newbies in Qatar that would like to see some friendly people and have a good time. If you are not comfortable with meeting new people or strangers coz its an "open invite" please dont post your excuses here on my thread, I'm really not interested. As its an open invitation to everyone its also not limited to only ILQ/QL members, feel free to invite your friends along.

Confirm your names on this thread with a +1 or +2 for however many people will be joining you, if kids please mention that too.

Now thats all i can think off at the top of my head, as i said I'll be arranging everything from paper plates to ice to food and drinks all you have to do is show up. It does not get any easier than that.

Summary:
When: Friday 2nd March, 2012
Time: Soon after Friday Prayers, meet at FFC Rayyan at about 1.30pm - 2.00 pm. Party ends at about 10.00pm
Where: Dukkan Beach
How much: Qr. 100/- per person and all KIDS BELOW 15 ARE FREE.
When to pay: 24th of Feb is the LAST date I will be collecting the money from confirmed guests. If you fail to pay on this date you are on your own to bring your own food and drinks. I will announce at a later date where we will meet up for collection.
Whats included in the price: Lunch/Snacks/Dinner/Softdrinks/Water.

Menu Veg and Non-Veg:
Chicken/Beef (Kababs/Pieces) BBQ
Hotdogs:Chicken/Beef
Salads/Hammus/pasta
Sandwiches (veg and non-veg)
Pizza (Veg and Non-Veg)
Chips
Softdrinks
Water.

Note to ALL:I will not tolerate any alcohol being brought to the event nor will i tolerate any misbehavior. If i find you out of line i will ask you to leave. Lets keep it clean and lets have fun. We'll have a volleyball and football as well, feel free to get your own stuff to play around with too.
