Four Seasons Hotel Doha ushers in the summer season with the debut of Catch Seafood Feast at Elements restaurant. Savour an extensive menu of fresh, sustainable seafood presented in an endless feast every Friday from 12:30 to 4:30 pm.
“Inspired by my home country of Portugal - where we grill, poach and steam fresh fish and seafood - Catch Seafood Feast models this approach and incorporates our signature style infusing robust local, Asian and Indian flavours. The result will ignite your palette,” says Manuel Santos, Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Doha. “Following last summer’s successful concept featuring noodles and ribs, Elements has once again reinvented the Friday summer feast menu with Doha’s finest selection of the freshest, premium seafood.”
Catch Seafood Feast features a generous selection of seafood offerings and the very best quality, including live cooking stations and an authentic fish market. The live cooking stations feature regional flavours, incorporating local and Indian spices, and prepared utilising authentic culinary techniques. The fish market features whole fish – such as snapper, king fish, grouper, cuttle fish and prawns - prepared-to-order either in the tandoori oven or over the charcoal grill. Station highlights include chilled seafood, crab, shrimp, lobste, and mussels, along with a designated wok seafood station featuring a-la-minute stir fried clams, mussels, blue crab and razor clams accompanied by Asian flavours. The menu continues with a Chinese steamer basket with ginger and lemon grass steamed prawns, mussels and whole gulf red snapper.
The Catch Seafood Feast starts at QAR 250 per person, and QAR 125 per child for ages 6 to 12, which also includes complimentary access to the Kids For All Seasons program. Kids are invited to experience the fun, interactive children’s club after their meal, while parents continue to enjoy Friday Feast in style and at their own pace, sans children.
