To ensure that the cafe doesn't get overcrowded, they have a pre-booking policy in place. Interested guests need to book their time 24 hours in advance via email. This way, you can be sure to have a great time with the cats without worrying about overcrowding.
The unique cat café enforces a strict policy for visitors to not enter the cat play area while wearing outside shoes.
To comply with this policy, the café provides a locker system where guests can store their personal belongings and outside shoes. Disposable or house slippers are provided by the café for guests to wear while in the cat play area.

Fun Fact: Some of their menu items are named after cats, such as Iced Casper Latte (Saffron Latte), Jasmine White (Flat White), Iced Donatella Mocha, and Angelo Toffeenut Latte.
To ensure the safety and well-being of the 16 house cats, Kitty Cafe has established certain rules that visitors are expected to follow.
