Crowne Plaza Doha West Bay is teaming up with Sanjeev Kapoor Restaurants and will be hosting an exclusive two-day culinary celebration in their award-winning restaurant, Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor, on the 17th and 18th of September, 2019.

To stage the event, Chef Ashwin Shetty, Head Corporate Chef from Sanjeev Kapoor's culinary team in India, will be delighting the guests with an exquisite seven-course menu. Chef Ashwin is a part of celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor's global team with 12 years of experience in crafting and mastering Indian cuisine by perfectly understanding Kapoor's renowned approach to bringing classic and new universally loved dishes tolife.

The exquisite 7 Course menu is priced at QAR 250 per person and includes various selections of chaats, soups, appetizers, main courses, sorbet, side dishes and desserts designed with a blend of fusion and modern contemporary Indian touch by Chef Ashwin himself! Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices will be available.

Every guest attending the event will be enlisted to a raffle to be drawn on the 19th of September, and the selected winner will get the chance to spend a night in the hotel’s luxurious Presidential Suite along with a private dinner prepared in the Presidential Suite exclusively for them by Chef Ashwin. To top it all, the winner will also receive a private pick up from their residence to the hotel and back the following day.
