Urgent requirement

• Looking for a food safety QAQC Officer for a catering company,
• Previous 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
• HACCP certified level 3 or 4 preferred.
• Hygiene, sanitation and cleaning program and daily inspection of catering facilities.
• Food safety and training for kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Knowledge of standards and procedures for kitchen operation.
