The Commis Chef assists in the preparation and service of all sections in the kitchen in order to meet the food quality, taste, and presentation standards of the outlet.
Prepare and cook high quality baked and other goods according to menu guidelines and recipes.
Receive and account supplies and deliveries and assist with regular stock takes.
Follow correct hygienic food handling practices and ensure all staff members are in line with international food and beverage safety standards.
Ability to work in a team, demonstrating a collaborative approach with good communication between all staff within the business.
