Senior Official Jailed for avoiding saftey laws.
The Court of First Instance ordered a senior official, who supervises equipment and safety at worksite, a construction company and insurance firm to pay a compensation of QR450,000 as blood money to the families of three labourers killed at a work-related accident in the West Bay area last year.
