Teams Al Sadd and Al Shahania confronted each other on 24 April 2023 at the Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium to take their place at the Amir Cup 2023 finals.

Al Sadd defeated Al Shahania with a score of 5-1.
The first half of the match witnessed 3 goals from Al Sadd which gave them the lead in the match. Two goals were scored by Santi Cazorla, and one goal was scored by Ayoub El-Kaabi.
The opening of the second half of the match gave Al Shahania their first goal, which was scored by Birahim Gaye.
In the 89th minute of the match, Baghdad Bounedjah scored a fourth goal for Al Sadd. Baghdad Bounedjah continued to score by giving Al Sadd their fifth goal.
Finals of the 51st edition of the Amir Cup 2023 would be held at Ahmad bin Ali Stadium on 12 May 2023.
