The opening match between Team Qatar (Al Annabi) and Team Lebanon of the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ kicked off with a dazzling opening ceremony.
After the start of the match, Al Annabi's Akram Afif scored the first goal against Team Lebanon in the 45th minute of the game. At the end of the first half, Team Qatar was leading against their Lebanese counterpart 1-0.
In the second half, Al Annabi's Almoez Ali scored the second goal in the 56th minute. Qatar national team's Akram Afif scored the third goal against Team Lebanon in the 90+6' minute.
At the end of the match, Al Annabi won against Team Lebanon with a score of 3-0.
