Team Qatar's 3x3 Basketball team, consisting of athletes Mohamed Hashim, Hamad Yasin, Ahmed Saeed, and Omar Saad, achieved a silver medal at the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou.
Their final match was held in Deqing Geographic Information Park Basketball Court on 1 October 2023 against Taipei. The game ended with a score of 16 - 18 in favour of Taipei, who claimed the gold.
