Girls just wanna have fun: The Losail track is open again for ladies!

It’s the perfect time and season to work out and get active outdoors! The Losail International Circuit, in partnership with Qatar Sports For All Federation and Qatar Cyclists, has reopened for ladies only training days again!

For ladies who want a little more privacy, this is the place to get in a good workout, and the best part is that it’s for free! All you have to do is register at the entrance, sign a waiver, and present your Qatar ID card (QID). There will also be an abaya and bag check-in station available.

For kids, there will be a group ride with a trainer so they can learn and be active too! Make sure to bring them along! Kids can bring their own bicycle and helmet. Only boys under 9 years of age will be able to enter the track.

The training days for ladies will be held at Losail International Circuit every Tuesday, starting from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm with an evening’s worth of different activities! You can go for a walk, run, rent a bike, and even go rollerblading on the 5.31 km track!

Bike rentals are available from Qatar Cyclists from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and cost QR 35 for the first hour and QR 40 for the second hour. You will have to present your QID in order to rent out a bike.

You can even rent the bikes online if you’re planning to bike in a group! Please have a look at the Facebook page @losailladiestraining for more details.

You can also visit the different vendors offering their unique services at Losail International Circuit, such as Figs and Olives (healthy snacks), Rasen Cycling (bike equipment), and Carbon Wheels (bike shop and café). On ladies days, these vendors will be run by women.
