The Taj Rasoi at the Marriott is launching today an Indian Food Festival that will bring a sample of Indian hospitality and cultural heritage to Doha, a spokesperson said. In addition to the regular menu, a special set menu has been created by chef Marcel John D’Cruze from Kolkata. Also, Doha Marriott’s Asia Live restaurant is hosting a Malaysian Food Festival. “The chefs have prepared a whole rainbow of dishes that highlight the great and diverse cuisine of Malaysia, which has been influenced by Chinese, Indian, Thai and many other cultures to produce an entirely new and rich cuisine of their own.” Both festivals will continue until the start of Ramadan
