Weather inshore until 6 pm on 27 March 2023 will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a chance of scattered rain, maybe thundery at places and blowing dust at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected thundery rain associated with strong wind/poor visibility at times.
Offshore will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a chance of scattered rain, maybe thundery at times; the report added the warning of expected thundery rain associated with strong wind and high sea.
Wind inshore will be southeasterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 KT, gusting to 25 KT with thundery rain.
Offshore, it will be southeasterly to northeasterly 08 to 18 KT gusting 28 KT during thundery rain.
Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometres or less at places at times. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 4 FT and rises to 5 FT during thundery rain. Offshore it will be 2 to 5 FT rising to 9 FT during thundery rain.
