Qatar to operate seven passenger flights to Kazakhstan's capital

The State of Qatar and the Republic of Kazakhstan held bilateral talks on air transport on Friday, during which both sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to operate seven passenger flights to Kazakhstan's capital, Nur-Sultan, and seven-passenger flights to Almaty.

Also, the MoU stipulates to conduct seven air cargo flights with full transportation rights between the two countries and operating any number of passenger and cargo flights with full transportation rights to 11 international airports in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The two sides also reached agreement on cooperation in the field of the Code-share between the national carriers in both countries.

H.E. President of Qatar Civil Aviation Authority Abdullah bin Nasser Turki Al Subaey and H.E. Chairperson of Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of Kazakhstan Talgat Lastayev signed the MoU.
