Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of State of Qatar, 7th Qatar International Boat Show (QAWARIB 2020) will be held from November 16-20 at the Porto Arabia, The Pearl-Qatar.

This was announced by Khalid bin Issa Al Mannai, Chairman, AlMannai Plus Events at a press conference held at Oyster, The Pearl-Qatar yesterday.

Present on the occasion were Mr. Hamad Issa Al Mannai, Chief Executive Officer, AlMannai Plus Events; Mr. Adel Salem, Retail and Office Management Director, United Development Company (UDC); Mr. Abdel Bomuttar Al Muhannadi, General Manager, Ronautica Middle East; Mr. Saleh Abdulla Al Haroon, Executive Vice President Support Services, Milaha Qatar; Mr. Ehab Amin, Senior Vice President Qatar, Qatar Airways; Mr. Fahad Zainal, Chief Zones Operating Officer and Chief Corporate Support Officer, Qatar Free Zones Authority; Mohamed Mohsen Alyafei, Head of Public Sector, Vodafone Qatar; and Wasim Al Omar, Sales Manager, Bentley Qatar.

Mr. Hamad Issa Al Mannai, Chief Executive Officer of AlMannai Plus Events said that annual luxury boat show is a solo show being organized since 2013 in Qatar by AlMannai Plus Events.

“The event provides a single window to the luxury lifestyle enthusiasts of the region. It preserves century's old relationship of the natives with the sea in addition to its role in positioning Qatar as a regional hub for luxury, highly skilled craftsmanship and most modern boats and marine-related accessories.”

He said that the visitors to the exhibition will witness highly skilled and quality local manufactured boats along with display of other international brands of yachts and boats.

Hamad AlMannai said that this year, 32 exhibitors will be showcasing various marine-related products including the highly skilled latest model luxury yachts and boats.

He thanked the sponsors of QAWARIB-2020 - Qatar International Boat Show including UDC; Ronautica Middle East; Qatar Airways; Milaha Qatar; Qatar Free Zone Authority; Vodafone Qatar; Bentley Qatar and all partners of the show for this exceptional edition.

Adel Salem, Retail and Office Management Director, United Development Company (UDC) said: “We are happy to participate in hosting 7th Qatar International Boat Show at The Pearl-Qatar.”

He said that the event will be held following the COVID-19 preventive and precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all. “The venue of event, The Pearl-Qatar is an excellent place as it has port berth, boats, yachts and marine services. This new edition of the show will focus more on boats and yachts activities in Qatar and international level,” said Salem.
