Tenants registered under the Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation, Kahramaa, can now access the national utility’s e-services, their account information, and online billing under one, stream-lined platform. This is because Kahramaa has launched a new app downloadable through the iPhone App Store and Google Play.

I Love Qatar spoke to a Kahramaa representative over the phone who stated that, since launching the new app in June, all tenants registered with Kahramaa should have received a notification about its app service via SMS to their phone.

So, if you’re a registered tenant under Kahramaa, it’s great to know this new information! However, if you’re a tenant in an apartment complex or compound, then the app may not be applicable for you as all utility bills should usually go through your landlord or rental agency.

For more information on the app, its features and services – or to find out if it applies to you, visit www.km.com.qa, or call Kahramaa direct by dialing 991.
