The second batch of foreigners and Palestinians with dual nationalities left from the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing, while 70 trucks of relief aid entered Gaza.
The Palestinian News Agency, quoting a source at the Rafah crossing, reported that more than 400 foreign and dual-national Palestinian passengers left through the crossing in batches. In coordination with representatives of foreign embassies, their departure procedures were completed.

She explained that 20 ambulances were receiving the second batch of injured people coming from the Gaza Strip in preparation for their crossing to receive treatment in light of the high number of injured people as a result of the Israeli aggression on Gaza.
She pointed out that several ambulances are still waiting at the moment because the injured were unable to reach the crossing due to the continuous Israeli bombing and road blockades.
On 1 November, for the first time since the start of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, the Rafah land crossing witnessed the crossing of dozens of foreigners and Palestinians with dual nationalities while a group of humanitarian aid trucks flowed towards the Gaza Strip to unload their cargo.
