In a tweet, the Ministry of Municipality has said that Al Rayyan Municipality, in cooperation with the General Cleanliness Department, seized a violation of random dumping of waste in Mesaimeer district, in violation of Law No. (18) of 2017 on Public Hygiene.

The Ministry of Municipality noted that "the competent authorities in all municipalities, are continuing their monitoring campaigns, to control all violations of public hygiene, including violations of random littering; such as leaving, pouring or disposing of construction, demolition and hard excavations, in places other than those designated for them, as part of continuous efforts to maintain public cleanliness and environmental safety."
The Ministry also said that legal measures were taken against the violator.
