The sweet life just got a little sweeter at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha’s La Dolce Vita, as the hotel’s pastry and bakery shop is set to kick off a month of hands-on epicurean experiences through The Ritz-Carlton Culinary Academy program. Running weekly, every Saturday from April 1-29, fervent foodies will learn from the best, working alongside the hotel’s team of talented international chefs, who will guide students through a step-by-step introduction to the culinary arts of baking and cooking.
And because food and fun go hand-in-hand, the Culinary Academy promises an exciting and interactive close-up encounter with some of their best culinary professionals in the appetizing atmosphere of their open kitchen studio. And with exclusive private classes for kids and adult groups available, it’s both a unique team-building opportunity, or a weekend family activity with a tasty outcome.
Here’s a sneak peek at what’s on the docket of their culinary course selection:
April 1: Italian Desserts – There’s more to Italian sweets than gelato and cannoli. Discover, indulge, and treat yourself at this sweetest of classes.
April 8: Treasures from the Sea – Revel in all the briny bounty of the ocean in this class devoted to the tastiest catch of the day. Seafood and eat it.
April 15: Easter Specialties – Because chocolate bunnies just taste better when you’ve molded them yourself.
April 18: Vegetarian & Healthy Cooking – Who says what’s good for you can’t taste amazing as well? Let The Ritz-Carlton, Doha’s team of culinary professionals show you how to stay happy, by cooking healthy.
April 22: Cookies & Cheesecake – Need we say more?
April 29: Italian Cuisine – The ultimate comfort food made simple and delicious with only the freshest of ingredients.
