Fifty One East, Qatar’s favorite department store, showcased Naeem Khan’s latest craftsmanship and exquisite creations in an eventful fashion show that was attended by an elite and enthusiastic crowd of VIP clientele and guests from the media on Saturday. It was followed by an exclusive display of his Spring Summer 2019 Ready-To-Wear and Bridal collections straight from New York Fashion Week to Fifty One East at Lagoona Mall.
In a vibrant fashion show, Naeem Khan infused fashion enthusiasts with his extraordinary style, creative cuts, technical fabrics combinations and design intricacy. The SS19 RTW collection showed his own journey through the seventies and eighties, as well as an eye-catching ensemble for the next generation. The combination of simplicity and luxurious materials of each piece on the catwalk blends his Indian heritage with Western ideas of glamour that took everyone’s breath away.
His stunning Bridal collection has a softer and more romantic edge with a showstopper classic lace gown embellished with tiny crystals and finished with detailed floral embroidery and long sleeves.

A well-known Indian-American fashion designer who is based in New York, Naeem Khan launched his eponymous collection in 2003 and began selling major retailers across the world including Fifty One East in Qatar. Since then, his luxurious collection of impeccably cut dresses and sophisticated gowns have adorned famous personalities around the world, including Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Lawrence, Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Lopez, Diane Kruger, first lady Michelle Obama, and the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, to name a few.
