HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani met the outgoing Ambassador of the Philippines to Qatar Crescente R Relacion at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. The Emir awarded the ambassador the Sash of Merit in appreciation of the role he exerted in further strengthening the relations between Qatar and the Philippines, and wished him success in his future assignments and relations between Qatar and the Philippines further progress and prosperity. The ambassador expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Emir and the State’s officials for the co-operation he received during his tenure in Qatar.
