Coffee

Now, isn’t that good news for people who live in Qatar and love their coffee!

According to new research, coffee may actually increase your lifespan by a few years, especially if you drink instant, granulated/ground coffee. Caffeinated or de-caffeinated; it doesn’t make a difference; it’s the coffee beans that matter. Even if you are a heavy coffee drinker and knock down as many as 7-8 cups/mugs a day, you’re more than likely to live longer than those who don’t drink coffee.

So, if you aren’t a coffee drinker, it’s a good time to start now and add a few more years to your life. Of course, that doesn’t mean you should start drinking more and more coffee…excess of anything is bad for health.

Research conducted earlier indicates that coffee increases your metabolism, reduces inflammation and resistance to insulin lowering the risk of diabetes, protects the body from liver cancer, Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Parkinson’s disease, decreases the risk of getting depressed and contains anti-oxidants that are good for health.

So, if you want to live longer, drink coffee!
