The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced on Twitter a 9-day closure of both directions on Al Corniche Street.

The closure will be from Friday, 8 July 2022, until the following Saturday, 16 July 2022 from Al Sheraton intersection to Al Meena intersection of Al Corniche Street.
The public is advised to use the road leading to Al Bidda Street and follow the directional traffic diversion signs to reach their destination.
Ashghal confirms that this temporary road closure is to give way to the completion of the Al Corniche road upgrade.
