Masaken Al Sailiyah and Musaimeer limited an emerging subsidiary of Barwa group won the “Best Completed Development Award” at the Affordable Housing Development Middle East Summit, held in Bahrain.
The Minister of Housing in Bahrain Sheikh Ebrahim bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, gave away the award to Khalifa Salman Al Mohannadi, General Manager of Masaken Al Sailiyah and Musaimeer, who represented Barwa group at the award ceremony.
“Masaken Al Sailiyah and Musaimeer limited won this award for its significant role in the development of affordable housing units,” said Al Mohannadi, speaking on the significance of the award.
“The projects delivered by Masaken Al Sailiyah and Musaimeer have contributed to the increase in affordable housing in the region, while also demonstrating Barwa’s ability to deliver high standard projects within budget, through outstanding design, planning and use of innovative building materials,” he said.
Hitmi Ali Al Hitmi, deputy chairman of Barwa real estate, Ibrahim Fakhroo, director Barwa group real estate investments in Qatar and Mohammed Ismail Al Emadi, chairman of the board of directors of Masaken company also attended the summit.
