The Public Works Authority 'Ashghal' has announced in a tweet that there will be a temporary partial diversion at the Suhaim Bin Hamd Intersection this weekend from Thursday evening, June 2, until Friday afternoon, June 3.

Temporary partial diversion at Suhaim Bin Hamad Intersection, closing 2 straight lanes towards Al Hilal while keeping 2 lanes open & closing the right turn onto Al Sadd Street, Thurs evening, 2/6/2022, until Fri afternoon, 3/6/2022 to complete the asphalt works of the junction pic.twitter.com/kkuafcbJlV

Ashghal further informs the public that 2 lanes towards Al Hilal will be closed while 2 lanes will be kept open. The right turn towards Al Sadd Street will also be closed so drivers are required to continue forward on Suhaim Bin Hamad Intersection and make a U-turn at Jassim Bin Jabr Al Thani Intersection.

The temporary diversion is to give way to the completion of asphalt works of the junction.
