As part of ongoing road works to convert existing roundabouts to signal controlled intersections, the Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ has announced a temporary traffic diversion on the Ludaihy roundabout.
From 28 October to 15 November 2013, traffic coming from Lekhweir (Barzan) intersection towards Wadi Al-Sail intersection will have to use Khalifa street towards the TV roundabout. Commuters from Khalifa Street towards Ludaihy Roundabout will be diverted right towards Wadi Al Sail roundabout.
However the traffic from Wadi Al-Sail intersections towards Lekhweir (Barzan) intersection will not be affected by this diversion.
All necessary road signs have been installed at all diversions to provide clear directions for commuters. Ashghal has urged all road users to respect traffic rules and regulations for their safety and the safety of others.
