H.H. the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has directed sending urgent assistance to the areas affected by floods and torrents in the east of the sisterly State of Libya.
Libya was affected by a destructive storm and floods on 11 September 2023, which killed almost 150 people and displaced many more in the city of Derna in Eastern Libya.
