A delegation from the Advisory Council headed to Indonesia yesterday to take part in the 14th session of the Parliamentary Union of the Organisation of Islamic Co-operation (OIC) member-states due to be held tomorrow and Sunday. The meeting will discuss the report by the general secretary, consider the reports and annexes of the 26th and 27th executive committee’s meetings and adopt the budget for the fiscal year 2012. Arab League to sign expo pact with Qatar Post The Arab League and Qatar Post are scheduled to sign on 29 January a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to lend the collection of the Arab Philatelic Museum, owned by the Arab League to Qatar for an exhibition next autumn, the league said in a press release yesterday. Qatar will display the collection at the exhibition scheduled to be held on the sidelines of the 25th Universal Postal Congress due in Doha on September 2012, it said.
