Get ready for the Dhow Festival happening this week at Katara! The festival will host several cultural, sporting, traditional and environment-related tournaments, including pearl diving, free diving, rowing and best sailing dhows. Enjoy this unique festival and its activities till Saturday!

Ladies Training Days at Losail International Circuit — Tuesday, Nov. 14

Girls just wanna have fun! The Losail International Circuit will be hosting Ladies Training Days twice a month!

The Losail track will be open only for ladies to be able to exercise in one of the largest venues in Doha with privacy, as well as enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as cycling, walking, running or rollerblading.

Bicycles and gear will be available so ladies won’t have to bring their personal cycles from home. There will be special trainers available to provide yoga lessons, a mini-bootcamp; walking, jogging and other activities. There will also be an allocated area for children. A small rental fee for bicycles will be charged: QR 35 for 1st hour, QR 40 for 2nd hour.

You will be asked to complete a registration form and sign a waiver.

Distance: The Track is 5.31km long. You can do as many laps as you like during the scheduled time.

Security: There will be an abaya and bag check-in station. No men will be allowed inside the track area. CCTV will only be monitored by female staff.

*Please note only boys under 9 years of age will be allowed inside the track.*

Training at Losail Circuit Sports Club — Wednesday, Nov. 15

Circuit every Wednesday!

Car Park Area: Inside the Circuit next to the Paddock Restaurant Parking Registration: Inside the Circuit in the Pit Garage 2

Rules:

Cyclists must use the track in an anti-clockwise direction, cycling on the inside of the track, overtaking to the left.

Runners and walkers can use the track in a clockwise direction on the outer track, between the blue line and fence. Crossing of the track is not permitted without the safety marshal's permission.

All cyclists (including small children) must wear a helmet and closed-toe shoes when using the track. A small rental fee will be charged for bicycles: QR 35 for 1st hour, QR 40 for 2nd hour.
