The Summer Internship Program is one of the human capacity development programs launched by the Ministry of Labour in cooperation with the private sector in the country. The program aims to develop and invest in the future of the Qatari workforce by providing them with the right skills and expertise that qualify them to engage in the labour market. This would help determine their future directions, and contribute to the optimal exploitation of leisure time during the summer holidays to benefit them and instil the values of responsibility and commitment.

The Summer Internship Program also provides high school graduates, university students, and university graduates with the opportunity to learn about the nature of occupations in these areas, including the financial and insurance sector, services and transport, telecommunications and information technology, real estate and contracting, private enterprises, energy and industry.

The SIP 2022 is open for fresh high school and university graduates, as well as university students. Interested participants can apply to private sector companies. Applications are received through https://bit.ly/38BhJeu.
