Oryx Group for Food Services launched a #DrinkPink campaign across all
Nando’s Qatar and Ocean Basket branches to raise donations for the Qatar Cancer Society
during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For the month of October, Oryx Group for Food
Services launched a special pink drink Rosa Margarita, and a percentage from the entire
proceedings went towards the Breast Cancer Awareness Fund.
Speaking about the partnership wi th Qatar Cancer Society Chris Clark, COO, Oryx Group for Food and Services said, “Our organisation has been a part of Qatar’s gastronomy landscape for 18 years, and it is our pleasure to work with a prestigious organisation like Qatar Cancer Society towards the cause of breast cancer awareness. I take this opportunity to thank our patrons & sta for helping us reach a total of QAR 9138 ; this would not have been possible without you.”
Before the launch of the #drinkpink campaign, Oryx Group for Food Serv ices held an internal competition to focus on creating a drink for Breast Cancer Awareness month and Rosa Margarita was chosen for the cause which is also one of the bestselling drink of the month.
