Ooredoo has today announced a new generation of Ooredoo Self Service Machines (SSMs) that will be launched across Qatar soon, as the company looks to redefine its self-service customer experience.

With the new Self Service Machines, customers will be able to access and perform a host of services normally only available via an Ooredoo Shop.

The new Self Service Machines will soon be available at strategic spots across Qatar.

These state of the art SSMs will immediately enable customers to access all Ooredoo payment services currently available on the existing network of over 200 Self Service Machines. In the next phase, the new Self Service Machines will enable customers to instantly register and purchase preloaded Hala and Shahry SIM cards, and also pay outstanding bills via cheque.

Mohammed Saleh Al Marri, Chief Sales and Service Officer, Ooredoo, said: “In today’s world, self-service should not be limited to a set of standard traditional options, but should also allow customers to do everything they need. With our next generation of SSMs, we aim to give our customers more control over their accounts and their needs than ever before.”

The new Self Service Machines will be introduced soon in the market and, based on customer feedback, more machines with the same enhanced features may also be launched.

This is the latest service update in a series of Self-Service Machines improvements, as Ooredoo offers more options for customers to keep up-to-date with their daily services and aims to provide great customer experience and satisfaction.

In addition to registering for services via the Ooredoo Self-Service machines, customers can also pay Ooredoo Shahry and Kahramaa bills, top-up Hala accounts, purchase vouchers for an incredible range of shopping and dining experiences for popular brands in Qatar.
