Everyone swims, cycles, or runs. Once you do two of those, the temptation is to try triathlon – a sport where you compete in all three sports, one after the other, for a full-body workout. Triathlon in Qatar has had several VIP participants recently, giving the sport an all-time high in popularity.

This is a great event for children, beginners, or those curious to try a triathlon, but have been discouraged by the longer distance races. Every participant will receive a finisher medal, and there will be several experienced triathletes on hand to assist racers during the event.

This race will not have a mass start; participants can start as they wish between 9:30 and 11 am, and their start time will commence when they cross the timing line in the pool. This ensures a more relaxed start for those new to the sport, and also the flexibility to participate in several events taking place on the day.

• Ability Friendly - all ages
• Youth 7-9 years old
• Youth 10-12 years old
• Youth 13-15 years old
• Youth 16-17 years old
• Adult 18-39 years old
• Adult 40+ years old

Details:

• Tuesday, 13th of February 2024; Event starts at 9 am
• SWIM 100M then CYCLE 4KM, finally RUN 1.25KM
