In cooperation with the Qatar Museums, this program aims to engage mature volunteers and retirees who have an interest in library culture and bookkeeping in general.

This recurring monthly event will involve mature volunteers and retirees in various library tasks such as basic book repair and library cataloging. This program aims to make library culture more accessible to a wider range of ages all whilst allowing mutual learning and development.

Date and Timings:

• Monday 10 October, 14 November, 12 December
  9 am to 12 pm

Location: The event will take place at the 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum library, Floor 7.

Note: Last entry to museums and galleries is 30 minutes prior to closure. Please consult the list below for information about specific venues.

3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum will be closed to the public on the following days:

The museum will be closed to the public on the following match days at Khalifa International Stadium:

• Saturday 17 December

Important note:

• All visitors to 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum must purchase tickets online in advance of their visit. Ticket capacity is extremely limited and may change at any time.
• Parking at the museum is extremely limited. We recommend that visitors be dropped off by private car or taxi or arrive via the metro.
• Upon arrival, visitors will be screened at the FIFA Security gates and must have a museum ticket and Hayya card. Once through security, visitors will be taken to and from the museum on a shuttle bus. They will not be permitted to enter the adjacent stadium.
