Join the Aspire Academy's National Sport Day 2023 activities for a day full of challenges and non-stop action to test your skills and fitness.

ACTIVITIES

TEST YOURSELF:

• 8 stations of challenges to test your fitness and football skills.

Location: Aspire Dome, Indoor Football Pitch

TEAM BUILDING

• 3 games to challenge your performance in teams.

Location: Aspire Dome, Volleyball Hall

MULTI-SPORTS ACTIVITIES:

• 5 stations to test your power, speed, and sporting skills.

Location: Aspire Dome, Multipurpose Hall 1

GYMNASTICS CIRCUIT:

• Age Group (4-12 years old)
• Push your limits with the gymnastics challenge.

Location: Aspire Dome, Gymnastics Hall

Please note: All activities are open to the public of all ages and no registration is needed, except for the Gymnastics Activities from 4-12 years of age.
