As the core of our Eco-Schools program is to educate and raise awareness among students, families and the community, QGBC is hosting this Eco-Schools Best Practices Webinar.
Participating with us will be Pramod Kumar and Nicole Andreou, from The Eco-schools International along with Soumia Masmoudi, A sustainability advocate and artist. We will also hear from our eco-schools committee representatives from The American School of Doha and GEMS American Academy Qatar.
The panellists will share examples of sustainable practices applied internationally and nationally to encourage people confined to their homes due to Covid19 pandemic to take action to improve their homes and be more sustainable and environmentally friendly. Additionally, the students will share tips, good habits and practices they gained from the eco-schools’ program to help you reduce your carbon footprint while at home.
