The Doha Leadership Challenge Event
The Leadership Challenge is about how leaders mobilize others to want to get extraordinary things done. It's about the practices leaders use to transform values into actions, visions into realities, obstacles into innovations, separateness into solidarity, and risks into rewards. It's about a climate in which people turn challenging opportunities into remarkable successes
The Leadership Challenge Workshop Day 1 & 2:
This session is open to participants who want to enhance and build their Leadership skills. Preceded by the renowned Leadership Practices 360° Assessment, this program will empower the participants on the Five practices of Exemplary Leadership.
The Leadership Challenge Facilitators Workshop Day 3 & 4:
This session is only open to participants who have completed The Leadership Challenge Immersion Training Session, The Leadership Challenge Workshop or have previous experience in The Leadership Challenge and LPI, and will form part of formal certification for participants to facilitate the The Leadership Challenge. The workshop focuses on preparing participants to deliver the Leadership Challenge Workshop.
The program will last 6 weeks online with this in person component scheduled during the first month.
