Objectives

In this workshop the participants will understand what sucks their energy and frustrates them at work ‘n’ life. They will discover their innate strengths and how it can positively impact both their work ‘n’ life. They will know how to use their strengths to generate energy from within & be happy at both work ‘n’ life.

Content

The participants will work with:

Aspirations: What do you want to be when you grow up (what is your dream job)?

Reality Check: The Wheel of Work and your level of satisfaction.

The Power of Values: know your values and how they make or break your satisfaction at work. You will be able to make sense of why you feel drained or energized at work

Participants will take a free research based survey, “VIA Strengths”, to know their strengths. They will get their “VIA Strengths” results and discuss how much of that appears at work.

You will discover how your strengths affect your life (negatively as well as positively) learn how to turn drain to energy and have an energizing day.

You will learn how to bring your authentic self to work and how to apply your strengths at work for a fulfilling career.
