Australian Celebrations the grill [ 26 Jan -4 Feb 2011]

Grand Hyatt Doha is international! The chef in the picture is Chef Patrick Trisch, Sous Chef at The Grill restaurant, and he is German. However, for this special event Australian Chef Jason Camillo will be coming to showcase modern Australian cuisine at Grand Hyatt Doha. Chef Jason has been awarded accolades by the prestigious La Chaine des Rotisseurs and Les Toques. In addition, his career highlights include cooking for the Queen of England, former Australian Prime Minister John Howard and former US President Bill Clinton.
