Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) will be hosting several activities open to the public at the College of Islamic Studies (CIS) Minaretein Center in Education City, including workshops, seminars, and even a zero-waste community Iftar, throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan.
Minaretein Center is proud to invite the community to a unique Zero-waste Iftar this year, where all used material will be composted and recycled, reducing the environmental impact and ultimately leaving a positive mark on the world.
Participants will enjoy a delicious meal and connect with members of the community and will also have the opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future. Iftars will be powered by volunteers, making it a truly communal effort that brings people together to give back to the earth.
Minaretein Saturday Kids Islamic Programme provides children with the Islamic moral and ethical building blocks to help guide them through their self-awareness and self-improvement during the month of Ramadan within a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Please note: The timing and date are approximate only. (To be confirmed soon and will update the listing)
