On the 29th of October, THI Promotion/Urban Stars Night & Wataniya Resturaunts present an all exclusive Halloween party at the 29 Resturaunt. The luxurious resturaunt is located on the rooftop of the Beverly Hills Tower. This casual event dons a mandatory costume dress code that allows our guests to radiate the spirit of Halloween while soaking in a casual atmosphere powered by House and R&B music.
