Inspired by the “Pipilotti Rist: Your Brain To Me, My Brain To You" exhibition, this workshop will teach participants about the relationship between feelings of anxiety in a person and the impact on the desire to eat certain types of food.
They will also practice ways in which the mind and body are trained to signal hunger and to eat for physiological reasons rather than for emotional reasons.
