Inspired by the “Pipilotti Rist: Your Brain To Me, My Brain To You" exhibition, this workshop will teach participants about the relationship between feelings of anxiety in a person and the impact on the desire to eat certain types of food.
They will also practice ways in which the mind and body are trained to signal hunger and to eat for physiological reasons rather than for emotional reasons.
Do you eat when you’re not hungry? Do you struggle with powerful food cravings? Do you eat to cope with your emotions? Join this workshop to learn how your emotions impact your eating habits.
