Doctor Gabs will be “bringing the heart of jazz” with his own style of swing, jazz and boogie-woogie music on the piano. His playing reveals the best in jazz, from its origins to today. His music is direct and filled with warmth, joy, tenderness, lyricism and virtuosity. The singer considers his piano playing as a “remedy” for the lack of communication between human beings, and from this philosophy comes his self-titled “doctor. He is an unreservedly emotional player.

Doctor Gabs, a Belgian originally from Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of the Congo) who now makes his home in Lausanne, Switzerland, has performed all over the world, including at Carnegie Hall in New York, Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels, Victoria Hall in Geneva, Hotel de Paris in Monte-Carlo, Hotel Cala di Volpe in Sardegna, and now W Doha.

Karl Jefferson becomes an active representative of the French electronic scene in 2003. His gigs include famous Parisian clubs like Folie’s Pigalle, Barramundi, Elysée Montmartre, Studio 287, Redlight, Vinyl, O.P.A, Six Seven.

His electronic sounds include tekhouse, tribal, progressive, minimal, house and groovy.

He’s performed with world-known artists such as Mika, Freddy, mlle Lucy, F.E.X, Kimo, Carlos Diaz, K-Mu, Ludovic Desmond, David Morales, Marysol, Fred Hush-Prinze-Los Cravens, Anthony Collins, FREAK N CHIC etc.

Ms. Luce is the face of what is happening in experimental Lounge music today and her mix of R&B, Caribbean and South American elements with other Lounge, Chill and Retro style is a great treat for any audience who loves hearing and seeing what is new in the Lounge music genre.

Ms. Luce’s music career began at age five with the study of classical piano. By age 17, she was playing in pop and rock bands developing a future style that would create worldwide releases of Chillout, Lounge, Film, TV and Musical Theatre Soundtrack, Apero and Party music. She moves from solo piano to a sizzling trio with vocals to great backing tracks including remixes and original productions. At 20, she moved to Switzerland and became inspired by the music scene’s varied inspirations and diversity and fascinated with electronic and world beats.
