| - Free diet and fitness consultation and follow-ups. | متابعة واستشارة مجانية للحمية واللياقة البدنية. |
| - Free fitbit (only to new participants). | أدوات ومساعدات مجانية خاصة باللياقة البدنية (فقط للمشاركين الجدد). |
| - Optional private trainer and fitness classes (chargeable). | دروس لياقة بدنية اختيارية يقدمها المدربون (مقابل رسوم). |
| - One-on-one nutrition consultation (45 minutes to 1 hour) to evaluate the nutrition needs of individuals based on appropriate anthropometric, physical, and dietary data and to recommend the nutrient and calorie needs. | الاستشارة وجهًا لوجه بشأن التغذية (45 دقيقة إلى ساعة) لتقييم الاحتياجات الغذائية للأفراد استنادًا إلى البيانات الأنثروبومترية والبدنية والغذائية، والتوصية بشأن التغذية والسعرات الحرارية. |
