There’s a great seafood theme night going on at the Ritz-Carlton, Doha’s Sel and Miel every Thursday on their outdoor terrace. Here you can sit under the stars and soak in the views of the blue sea while you check out the live stations and feast on some of the best seafood Doha has to offer!
The appetisers are served directly to your table and you can dig into some delicious dips that complement the fresh bread and the salads that make up to a great start to the meal. The honey with sea salt dip is a hot favourite with just the right amount of saltiness to balance the delicate sweetness of the honey, but that doesn’t mean the other dips are anything short of delicious!
The seafood-inspired buffet has citrus-marinated shrimps and parsley pesto marinated fish filets that are straight off the grill, fried spicy calamari, half shell mussels that are cooked in front of you in a delicate sauce with shallots, and the scallops are pan-seared to absolute perfection; then served with an exquisite hollandaise foam with cayenne pepper that surely kicks its taste up a notch!
All of this seafood goodness is served with grilled vegetables and assorted condiments that perfectly complement the seafood and add that extra zing to it!
If you still have some room left after the appetisers and all that fresh and delicious seafood, you can ask for the Chef’s dessert selection of the day.
How about a soft éclair drizzled with chocolate sauce and fried banana served with an absolutely delightful salted caramel ice-cream on a bed of crushed lotus biscuits? What a finale! Perfect! Just perfect!
Note: In accordance with MoPH regulations, guests must display the ETHERAZ App and anyone with a temperature of 38 degrees or above will not be permitted into the restaurant. Only four guests will be seated at the table with a social distance of at least 2 metres from the next table.
The maximum duration for the dining experience is two hours. All guests must make prior reservations; walk-in guests will not be permitted.
