There are three main courses to choose from: local lamb meatballs infused with Moroccan mint tea that brings out the flavour of the lamb served with ragout, vegetables and a delicate pilaf; Chicken Rollatini and Truffle Potato Mousseline which is a succulent chicken breast stuffed with fresh herbs served with Gyokuro samurai tea infused steamed zucchini, vegetables, a pepper sauce and chives scented potato puree; and the Wagyu Beef Burger topped with barbeque sauce infused with Moroccan Mint Tea and accompanied by truffled matchstick potatoes.

And, last, but not least are the desserts: the patisseries are exquisitely and delicately designed and bursting with sweet goodness. It’s the perfect way to end a perfect Iftar.
