The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has temporarily closed the Safari Mall in Abu Hamour due to "overcrowding" in the mall amid the rising COVID-19 cases in Qatar, according to a statement on Safari (Mall) Hypermarket's Facebook page.
The mall was closed this evening, but no reopening date was given. There was a notice on the entrance from the Ministry stating that the mall was closed and gave "overcrowding" as the reason.
